I went to the other switch - still nothing. I changed the bulbs. STILL NOTHING! What is going on here? I am renting so I know that I could just call the landlord and blah blah blah… but I am moving in two days. I would like to NOT give them a reason to withhold money from my deposit. Hi Elisha, Since you have breakers, you won�t have fuses. You need to go to the breaker box, switch the breaker for that room off and then turn it back on. You should hear and feel a distinct click when it turns back on. If that doesn�t work then, most likely, you have a bad breaker and you need an electrician to handle that. Good Luck.
